Drawing from over 20 years of social enterprise and nonprofit executive experience, I partner with leaders and organizations ready to amplify their impact.
Through executive coaching, organizational advising, and facilitated retreats, I help you navigate growth, strengthen operations, and foster environments and company cultures where people and purpose thrive.
Whether you're driving revenue growth, advancing a mission, or transforming organizational culture, effective leadership starts with unlocking your innate potential.
The result? Leaders who make better decisions, build stronger teams, and create lasting impact.
You bring the vision and drive; I bring the framework and accountability to help you achieve it.

-
REFLECT
Together, we'll examine the patterns and perspectives that shape your leadership. By understanding what may be limiting your impact, you'll discover new approaches to overcome challenges and leverage your strengths. This deeper awareness transforms how you show up as a leader and increases your sense of well-being.
-
Refine
This is where vision meets action. You'll develop practical strategies to implement change, build accountability systems that work for you and your team, and cultivate the courage to lead authentically.
